DRIVERS INFO
A driver that has a profile with us will be specified once your trip has been confirmed. You will be able to go to the driver's profile to view all of his/her contact information as well as leaving a review about the service they provided you with. Please note that reservations should not be made directly with a driver, all reservations must be done through houstonairportservice.com.
PICKUP PROCEDURE
The pick up procedure for Houston Airport Service transportation works as followed: Your specified driver will carry a sign with your full name on it. The driver will then be waiting for you near the baggage claim unless specified otherwise. Please note that all reservations must be done through us for you to recieve any benefits. Drivers should absolutely not be contacted personally. Please inform us if business cards are being given to you.
