*Credit card information is not required you may provide it to the driver or give him cash. Your credit card will be charged once the trip has been completed. Gratuity is not included. Please be as specific as possible. If you have information such as your flight number and airline please provide that as well. The more information we have the better the experience we are able to provide for you!

Note that no reservation is confirmed until you receive an e-mail from us! All reservations must be made 24 hours before the trip is due.

PICKUP PROCEDURE

The pick up procedure for Houston Airport Service transportation works as followed: Your specified driver will carry a sign with your full name on it. The driver will then be waiting for you near the baggage claim area unless specified otherwise. Please note that all reservations must be done through us for you to recieve any benefits. Drivers should absolutely not be contacted personally. Please inform us if business cards are being given to you.
